For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Processing time differs from product to product. All items are made-to-order and generally request 3-5 business days to handcraft. Items at different stages may require extra time. Please refer to a more accurate processing time noted under the add-to-cart button.

Please note that the shipping address will be take from PayPal record (PayPal checkout model).If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.

When your order are shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.

When the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs,if you require refund.Please note that the personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
